June 2019 saw Emma launch sistr, a network and community app and web-based platform for professional women from all industries to connect, support and inspire each other both on and offline. sistr's ethos is all about 'sistrs helping sistrs' and is built on the notion that we all have skills, experiences and contacts to share that can help each other out regardless of our backgrounds, industries and age. She's on a mission to make the world an equal place for all humans regardless of gender and is passionate about undoing the damage that Covid has done to the progress of society achieving parity for women and men at work and at home.
When she’s not dominating the male-heavy adult entertainment world and championing equality, Emma can be found running the Sisterhood. A group of gritty females boldly going where not many girls have gone before, competing in extreme adventure sports and creating havoc, whilst maintaining a perfect ph balance between Lucozade and wine. The group to date has raised over £700,000 for various women's charities. Emma herself has run the world's hardest ultra marathon, the Marathon de Sables, across the Sahara, won the women’s Great Amazon raft race, climbed Kilamanjaro, swum 6.5km across the Bosphorus, swum the Channel, run from LA to Vegas through Death Valley and is now showing women can have it all by juggling a 6 year old, a 5 year old and a 3 year old with KK world domination.
