Chief Executive Officer. Clementine
Kim Palmer, CEO and Founder of Clementine – a confidence boosting app. Kim spent the majority of her career working in senior strategy and marketing roles for some of UK's most loved brands – Tesco, Clubcard, Lloyds TSB, Samsung & Shell. More recently she kick-started a mentor program for women and, because of her efforts to support women, she was a winner of the coveted ‘Women of Tomorrow 2018’ award. Chosen from over 200 entries in a contest run by the IPA and Campaign and judged by a panel of 12 industry luminaries. The awards aim to redress the under-representation of women in positions of leadership.
Kim has a very personal story of experiencing social anxiety and panic attacks – it’s this experience that was the inspiration behind developing Clementine so that she could help more women and help them realise they aren’t alone and help is at hand… literally. Kim lives with her husband Simon and two boys.
Kim built Clementine whilst working as a strategy director for Wunderman Thompson, a digital, creative and technology agency owned by WPP.
